We teach you what churches are looking for in a relationship with nonprofits. We will introduce you to dozens of pastors that can support you with volunteers and financial contributions.
Board Development
We evaluate the diversity and effectiveness of your church board. We also train in how to recruit/train an effective board and then assist the church in defining the responsibilities of the board and involve every board member in the organization’s mission and fundraising.
Strategic Planning
Mission, Vision, Values – We will lead your team through the process of setting a compelling Mission and Vision statement that drives all activities of the organization. Then assist you in establishing core values that define and continually refine the organization’s culture. This may involve rebranding of logos & marketing assistance. We will map out the next 2-5 years, establishing priorities, identifying obstacles, and identifying the necessary resources to successfully accomplish the strategic plan.
Leadership Development
Leadership training tools that allow leadership teams to grow and hold each other accountable to be the best they can for the organization. Creating a leadership pipeline that connects leadership from the top all the way to the newest volunteer.
